I've removed the original Firefox from my PC after noticed, it appeared in Microsoft Store. I've pinned it's icon already to taskbar, and right-clicked on that, but there is no option for start up FF in private mode. Any settings for that available for users, maybe?

Can you try a version from here? https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release

That version of course works, but currently I would like to use the MSIX version of Firefox

You can use Sync to copy your info to the Mozilla version as a backup, but your issue is with the MSIX version. I'm not sure what MS has done to that version, maybe one of the moderators can provide that detail.
