You need to supply info regarding the smtp server settings.

Authentication problem could be the user name or the password used with that user name or the Connection Security type selected or the type of Authtication Methosd you have selected or the account is not using the correct smtp server. You only need one to be wrong and it all fails.

Menu icon > Account Settings Bottom left pane click on 'Outgoing Server (SMTP)' Select the smtp server which is specifically set up for the problem account email address. The User name will say full email address of that account. Post image showing details.
