What is blocking access to opening my emails?
I am able to go to the screen on Xfinity Connect titled "INBOX PREVIEW". I click "View Your Entire Inbox" in order to access the component that avails me to opening up each email, but the only thing that opens up again is the Inbox Preview". What is blocking access to opening the emails?
