Downloads fine. put onto USB thumb drive and transfer to standalone system (Win 7 Ultra). Go to install and it trys to download something from internet and fails (would since it doesn't have internet access).

hello Electronchaser, you can obtain a full installer from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/
