As I stated in my question, the plugin is already up to date, and it's the quicktime plugin.

I've got all my apps/ add ons/ plugins updated to the max, and firefox still can't play itunes trailers.... used to but not any more. Can start some but never get far. The answer is no help. I'm risking heading back to explorer! Anyone else got a bright idea? Running XP Minimising add ons and background aps doesn't help
