how to remove my smartsearch from the mozilla..when ever i start mozilla this web page come up automatically and start download idiotic app. one after another. urgent help needed. thankyou

Hi, this is for 'mystartsearch,' but the advice is probably the same, so please try working through Remove Mystartsearch virus (Easy Removal Guide) by Malware Tips.
Note that not all programs will detect all malware, so you may need to run several or all of them.
After removal you may need to reset your home page and search etc., which you can do with SearchReset.

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
