Cannot 'add' a new outgoing smtp server
I have changed internet providers and I need to change my smtp outgoing server. However, when I click on 'account settings' and try to add a new outgoing server, I am only provided with a list of current outgoing servers, I cannot add a new one. I have checked the previous threads for help on this issue and it seems that I should see the option 'Add new' outgoing server but on my system, that option is not available. Please help!

You should see your existing SMTP connections listed at the right. And there should be buttons to add new or edit existing connections.
Are you using a Mac? Mac users seem to be getting truncated menus and plans.
