I'm trying to get the feed at the bottom of this post to work with Thunderbird. It works fine in Firefox but when I want to import it to Thunderbird the program tells me its a non valid feed. And something about requiring java script to be enabled. I check the about:config window and the javascript.enable is set to true in TB. If tried switching the setting between true and false but that doesn~t change the behaviour

Feed validator gives the attached message for the feed.

To me it looks like this is a URL to a web site and it uses Javascript to display a feed when opened with a web browser. However, the latter doesn't work with a feed reader, and this isn't a problem specific to Thunderbird.

The pref javascript.enable controls the use of Javascript in feed articles, but not to get to the feed in the first place.
