add-on doesn't show in tools even though it's installed & provided ans. does not apply

TinEye add-on doesn't show in tools even though "Manage Your Extensions" shows it's installed, and the provided answer by Firefox does not answer the question, and it applies to a different add-on and not TinEye anyway. It is already installed, so where is it? It doesn't show in "Customize Firefox" section, where one can add more tools, which it is where it's supposed to be found. All add-ons have been updated. Add-ons Manager (Firefox) shows it installed. Thanks!

Hi Nisaba, do you mean this one:

https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/tineye-reverse-image-search/

I haven't tried it myself, but judging from the second screenshot, when you right-click an image, there should be a new entry near the bottom of the right-click context menu for "Search Image on TinEye". Is that there?
