I am running FF 3.6.8 and it does mention like a plug in fix so I thought that was it but I guess not. I already reformat my laptop twice in 1 week and I still got the problem. It says I should update to latest flash even though I have it. I have been reading the same problem in other sites and the whole delete cache thing just doesn't work. Can anybody be more specific on what is going on?

Your above posted list of installed plugins shows that you have the Flash plugin. You can verify that you have the Flash plugin for Firefox on the Adobe Flash Players Test Page. http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
