hello, where do the bookmarks reside in the moxilla file folder - i need to recover my bookmarks. I did make a backup copy of the entire program on external drive

my notebook crashed and had to reload a recovery disk. I did a previous backup of specific folders including the mozilla program file folder. Is there away from the external drive that I can copy and past the bookmarks to the newly loaded program on repaired notebook. txs in advance!

If you just backed up the program file folder you will not have saved the bookmarks, they are stored in the profile folder. For details of the location of the profile folder see the profiles article. If you backed up the old profile folder, follow the procedure in the recovering important data from an old profile article.
