Just as the topic says. I've reluctantly upgraded from FF3.6 and gotten most of the stupidity fixed, but that green progress indicator every time a website is loaded is really, really annoying and distracting. Any way to turn this off (perhaps in about.config or an add on I can't find)?

That is a feature in the Status-4-Evar extension. Look at the Progress tab in Status-4-Evar Preferences. In-check the first item - Show progress in the Location Bar

If you don't have Status-4-Evar installed - see this:

Oh hah, I apologize for not notcing that, there was so much I was trying to customize and fix and all that. Yeah I do indeed have that add-on (I just love the "x downloads with y time remianing" thing at the bottom instead of having to open the DL window each time)
