I set up my sync account as per the instructions. It worked fine, but then it disappeared. Now when I go to "options" then "sync" it is as if I never set it up and there are no options there except to set up sync. If I click on that, it prompts me to enter my account information, but then wants me to add it to a device, but its the first device I added sync to. It doesn't seem to work even though I set it up already.

Make sure that your privacy settings are not deleting the passwords when closing the browser. This is the most common reason why the behavior you are seeing happens.

Take a look to this article: Settings for privacy, browsing history and do-not-track

You should either Remember History or set up a Custom setting mode that keeps your passwords.
