Every day Bing takes over my search engine. The search bars don't say bing, its not in my add ons, I've deleted every file I can find that says bing or live.com and reset firefox everyday to be able to use my search engines, but I'm getting real tired of having to go through this every single day! Please someone help me.

On your plugins list I notice the phrase "Conduit plugin." I associate the name Conduit with various "Community Toolbar" add-ons, which may change many of Firefox's normal behaviors. Check for and remove any of those you find here:

orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons > Extensions category

In fact, I suggest disabling ALL nonessential and unrecognized extensions to quickly see whether that resolves the issue.

Any luck?

You might also need to use this handy extension to reset your search services back to Google: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/searchreset/

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.

Still trying the things suggested. So far nothing has worked. Although It waited until later in the day to take over instead of being there first thing in the morning.

Could you clarify which search services are affected?

  • Search bar/search box (the one with the drop-down list)
  • Address bar
  • Built-in Firefox home page

Also, what extensions are enabled now?

You can check for problems with preferences and try to rename or delete the prefs.js file and possible numbered prefs-##.js files and a possible user.js file to reset all prefs to the default values.
