I had a problem with not being able to send emails from certain sites. I pd a tech at apple to fix it. They couldn't so went to apple store. They erased all pass words in administrator and on firefox. Somehow then they did they they erased all my book marks which were pretty important to me. I didn't have them back up that I am aware of. Now apple said they can't do anything to find them. I searched around and found a few under different things and several were just codes. Is there anyway to restore my book marks? Thank you

If you use the Time Machine on your computer then you can try to find an older copy of the places.sqlite file.

There are also JSON backups in the bookmarkbackups folder that you can use to restore bookmarks.
