I currently use Chrome on my Windows 8.1 PC , and I am considering switching to Firefox following good reviews , but I would want to be sure I can use my Norton Identity Safe and toolbar .

Yes, Norton keeps their Firefox extensions up-to-date with the Firefox release schedule; the updates are usually available within hours (if not minutes) after Mozilla releases a new version of Firefox. Much, much better than other Security Suites that are currently available.

As already mentioned, all the user needs to do is to run a Norton Live Update after Firefox is updated, although sometimes the user may need to run the Live Update a few times to get all the updates to download and install.

hello Davidchoare, According to Norton the toolbar is already compatible with firefox versions including the current release version. please run the norton liveupdate utility repeatedly & until all components are up-to-date. in addition make sure that the toolbar is enabled under firefox > addons > extension afterwards.
