On my desk top screen (Windows 7) showing emails in inbox- large pop ups appear, one after another. I cannot see the NEXT button or other info. There is no way to click and delete on these pop-ups. How can I prevent these VERY ANNOYING pop ups from appearing on my screen.

Hi

I recommend having a read of this guide that will help you with pop-up controls in Firefox.

I hope this helps, but if not, please come back here and we can look into a different solution for you.

Could you fill in a couple details about when this happens? In particular:

(1) Does this occur the moment you access your email site in Firefox, or when you open any message, or when you open some messages (e.g., spam messages)?

(2) Is the pop-up part of the page/window you are viewing? Try holding down the Alt key and pressing and releasing the Tab key once, Windows should switch to the previously active window and show a display of various open windows (this may disappear after a few moments). This is one way to try to determine whether the pop-up is an independent window, or is overlaid on top of web page content within the same window.
