Started recently but when I print my Fidelity Investment reports (done weekly), I get the message "There was an unexpected problem while printing." It only occurs when I am printing a report that includes investment data. Standard docs from Fidelity do not cause the error. I can access Fidelity using the Internet Explorer and all works as it should. The started about 2-3 weeks ago. I have installed Ver48.0, 48.1, and 48.2 since this has started but the problem continues. I am not aware of anything else that has the problem.

I have no idea how to document or diagnose the problem. Ron

An appeal for help... I realize this really points to a Fidelity coding issue. On the other hand, I have talked to Fidelity and they perceive that since IE works, it is probably going to impact a smaller set of users (Firefox Browser access). If I could get some additional detail to feed to Fidelity, I think I could get them to invest some resource in resolving this issue. Any diagnostic suggestions? How can I look into the details of "the unknown Problem while printing" message?
