Hi Mary, where are you running into trouble? Are you able to open pages on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/ in Firefox? Can you log in or is that were the problems begin? If you can log in, but you need help finding your way around the site's features, Instagram's help pages would be a good place to look.

I can log in to Instagram and can view all my contacts info and stories. But all i have is my profile photo and had a tech do it. My question is how while using a computer and Firefox how do I add photos or videos to instagram

Hi Mary, I don't use Instagram in a browser myself. I did a search in the Instagram help center and found these:

• How do I post a photo on Instagram?
• How do I post a video on Instagram?

Surprisingly they both say you can't upload from a desktop computer. Does that seem right?!
