How to I set up so all tabs go to same default home page?
When I load Firefox it shows preferred default home page. But when I add tab (click '+'), it shows a blank page.

You can do that by using an add-on such as:
- NewTabURL - https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/newtaburl
- New Tab Homepage - https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/new-tab-homepage
