Firefox crashes
Hello, (I am using internet explorer right now) My firefox crashed randomly during browsing and since will not start and crashes on startup Plug ins are up to date Trying to start firefox in safe mode gives the same crash. I've followed all the steps with no luck and then tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still no luck. Please help thank you.

What you posted above is info about your computer that will be included in the crash report, but not the crash report itself.
If you have submitted Breakpad crash reports then post the IDs of one or more Breakpad crash reports (bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx).
You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page.
You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website.
