Libary website links no longer work after "upgrading" to FF 10 and up
Greetings, since upgrading to FF 10.0.1 & 10.0.2 my library website (http://www.lincc.org) links do not work when clicked. The current page just reloads. Found last night that if I clear the cache before each link click it works fine. How do I submit this bug?

Which links are you referring to?
Are that regular links or are that onclick JavaScript links?
Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

You can visit http://www.aviongoo.com as a Guest and since the Login and Register anchor tags do not work QED. A mathematics term for proof complete - Firefox failed - unless of course the anchor tags now do work. I personally know they did not work for me.
They have code to detect Firefox users. They display special code just for Firefox users. Kind of embarrassing.
The Login and Register link on the www.aviongoo.com site do not work because they are in a floating DIV container and the TABLE with the logo and the Premium Aircraft Sample Data covers those buttons.
There should be a clear:both CSS style rule added to the TABLE with style="width:100%;" that follows.

I did as suggested, started in safe mode with extensions disabled, hardware acceleration disabled, and themes set to default. Issue still occurs. A question was made what type of links are they, "regular or javascript". Sorry I don't know. Here are copies of two of the links. http://www.lincc.org/uhtbin/cgisirsi/?ps=5BJOlHQhbr/CA/162450434/30/BLASTOFF

I have found that if I clear the cache each time before clicking on a library links the webpage works fine. My library webpage also works fine if I am in private browsing mode. So I guess that means something funky is being stored and not processed correctly in the cache.

Sorry... I misspoke, running FF in Private Browsing mode does not work. Even in Private browsing mode clicking on a library link just causing the page to reload. :(
I can't reproduce the problem today; seems to be working fine for me. Can you post a list of your extensions? Check here:
Help > Troubleshooting Information
The second table is the list of extensions. You should be able to copy and paste into a post. (Yes, it will be a little messy.)
I have three extensions; Adblock Plus 2.0.3 Java Quick Starter 1.0 Microsoft .NET Framework Assistant 0.0.0 (Disabled)
