Youtube does not work on firefox anymore, it works on Chrome but on firefox the videos wont load. Any suggestions?

I tried safe mode so that isn't it and i tried reinstalling flash player. I have also tried adding an 's' to http and that hasn't helped. I have also disable adblock and that doesn't work. When I go onto a youtube video page, there is a big play button as if the video were embedded on another page and when i click the button all that happens is a notification that says An error occurred, please try again later.

There are problems with the latest version of the Flash player plugin for Firefox. This article has some suggestions for how to work around it: Flash 11.3 doesn't load video in Firefox. Any luck?
