I have 5 surveillance cameras installed at home. I can see them from some PC using Firefox, Google, IE or even Torch. At my office (with a static IP) I cannot. Can you help please?

In the question you said: at work with the same version I can . In the description you said: At my office (with a static IP) I cannot .

Please give clear information and describe in detail the difference between the setup you use at home and that at office.

Is there a plugin used to control the cameras?

You can get a possibly colored Lego icon on the left end of the location bar that indicates that Firefox is blocking a plugin.

If you use a secure https connection then you can check if there is a shield icon to the left of the "Site Identity Button" (globe/padlock) on the location bar that mixed active content is blocked.

Good morning and thanks for your previous answer, but they did not help.

I have a DVR software which allows me to see my cams and in fact i can see them.

However, other the internet using Firefox it is impossible. The needed plugin is QuickTime which is installed.

and nothing happens.

Can you please help? Thanks
