This has never happened before. Ever since I uploaded the new version 31.1.1, Thunderbird automatically adds quotations to my email addresses in my address books, but only when I am sending out a bulk email to lots of people. These quotations " " " show up on the same email addresses in the "To" or "bcc" list of recipients and then my server refuses to send. Please fix this. Sincerely, Doc

your address entries have a space either before of after them in the address book so they get quoted. check the entries in the address book for a leading or trailing blank space
