Before the last 'upgrade', email addresses from my address book would come up in alphabetical order, based on the letter (s) that I typed in. Now they come up in a random order, that appears to be more or less based on recent usage. Alphabetical would be preferred, is that a way to change the sort?

The developers broke the address book in my opinion. Instead of searching on "it starts with" it now uses "includes".

Until they come to their senses and fix this backward step you can go back to version 24.6 when the address search still used reasonable logic.

Thanks for the help! Can 'the developers' see these messages? Will they listen? Thanks again, Eric

Not sure if they come here or not. I think they mostly work off Bugzilla reports.
