Ever since I upgraded my OS, Some parts in Firefox settings crash. For example whenever I try to open and configure in Settings~~Homepage~~or Settings~~Search, Firefox just crashes. I used to be able to use Firefox just fine, until I upgraded. I use Firefox 39 and Firefox Aurora (42). Is this an OS problem or just happened because of recent Firefox updates? I use android lollipop 5.1.1 ( worked with 5.1.1 before also)

p.s. Pale Moon browser (based off of the Firefox 25 gecko engine or something?) works perfectly fine. And thanks for anyone's help!!!

Yeah, I have tried everything. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both Firefox browsers, but to no avail. I have cleared my devce's cache and even done a factory reset (since I needed to anyway). But the problem still persists... at least sync is working!
