I recently noticed that some/most of the data fields in the People tab of Microsoft Outlook are blank....no data appears even though it all appears on my Windows phone. If I click on Edit for any person, all the data appears and can be edited. In the non-Edit mode, however, only a few of the fields show data. This occurs when using either Firefox ver 28 or 40.

Please update to the most recent version of Firefox, the lastest version is 40.0.3:

Second, this used to happen in the timesheet site for the company I work for. I would have to refresh the page if it started to become blank when I entered data. It would be there but would not appear when clicking to another field to edit.

Another way I used to fix it was to clear the cache of the site. However I could never figure out if it was compatibility or something in the cache, I assumed the former until they fixed the site.

Please also make sure that your extensions are up to date:
