I have donated! The 'donate' request keeps coming up when I am trying to search a past email stream. I click on the email I want to reply to, only for the 'Donate' page to come up. I have donated...feeling sorry that I have now!

are you perhaps needing to close the tab that has that information on it?

Hi Matt, Thank you. I cannot get rid of it as it has taken the place of the email I am trying to read. I close the whole tab, go back to my inbox, put the name of the person who has sent me the email I wish to read and then reply to into the 'search' box, the list of emails from that person comes up, I click on the top message (which I want to read) but instead of their email is the whole 'Donate' message. It seems to have replaced the message I am trying to open. I have tried this at least 10 times now. Always the same result

Can you open any mails in search? or is it only this one that causes issues?

If you click open in list with your search list (middle of the top of the list) de the "thing" pop over every email when you select it?
