Here's the problem: when I try to play a Youtube or other video in Firefox, the sound cuts out after 1 second. Then silence.

I have tried everything. I updated drivers. I tried fixing sound in the sound settings. Nothing works.

This seems only to be a problem with the HDMI output, as it seems fine when I use Bluetooth. However, it is only a problem with Firefox, because it works fine in Chrome and Edge.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Doesn't solve the problem. As best I can tell, it just looks like Firefox doesn't play nice with my video card's audio drivers. I've reported the problem to them as well, but they're no help. And as I said, the problem seems specific to Firefox; other browsers don't have this problem.
