On Wednesday, 12/6, I got a new work computer. FYI--both old and new computers are Dell laptops using Windows. So on Tuesday 12/5, I had synched everything--Bookmarks, History, Open tabs, everything. I checked to make sure everything had synched because I knew I didn't want to lose my info. After I had done that, I also signed out and deleted the history from that old device because it said that wouldn't affect the synched information. On the new device, I haven't been able to access everything from that sync. I can see that most of my Bookmarks are there but the Open Tabs are nowhere to be found. In "Connected Service", I see my old device listed but it says the last sync from that device was 4 months ago (that is definitely not the case). When I look under "re-open all tabs" in Settings it only shows what I've opened on this new device (mostly Help topics trying to figure this out!) Is there anyway to get back to the most recent sync? Especially but not only the Open Tabs? THANKS! Christina
