Same here. Dreaded beachball and force quit required. Tried deleting and re-install to no avail. It crashed all the time before, and now this

I'm using Mac OS 10.4.11 & even typing this message the characters appear so slowly that I could get a hammer and chisel and inscribe the words faster than the new Firefox runs. WTF?

I have reverted back to 3.5.1 to get a stable working browser. Is there a more recent stable browser?78514

It looks suspicious to me I haven't installed 3.6 that's why I'm checking this forum... has anyone had a reply ? Is is a virus?
