HOw do I get rid of NO Script?

When I updated to Firefox 7 I ended up with NO SCRIPT. it is blocking JAVA and I have to have that for programs and web pages I use. I unblocked it for that page and tried to enable JAVA in my tools section and it says I have done it but it isn't accepting it. Still blocked. How can I remove NO SCRIPT. I love Firefox but this NO SCRIPT is a pain.

Open Add-ons Manager (Ctrl+Shift+A), choose "Extensions" on the left, then click "Remove" below "NoScript". Click "Restart now." Firefox will restart and the addon will disappear.

THANK YOU.. I will take care of it. I did figure out something I had done wrong in trying to enable the pages. Late in the night.. so it is working better but I will print instructions here. this is very helpful. MANY THANKS. Firefox is a great browser. I have liked it much better than Internet Explorer.
