Hi,
If you installed Firefox, you can overwrite the places.sqlite file from the backup into the same folder structure - usually into the folder ending in .default.
You can also overwrite the folder named bookmarkbackups if you have it's backup. There are from Firefox's previous versions to restore feature - the list you see under Import and Backup > Restore in Firefox's bookmarks Library.
