If I would like to print for example the confirmation of a bank transfer as a .xps file Firefox crahes: - I click on the "print" button of my document - a new window "print" is opening and is telling that the printing is prepared, the cursor is showing that the computer is working - nothing happens, if I open the Task Manager it is telling: no response of Mozilla - if I click on the "close" button of the small "print" window a message is appearing that Firefox does not react anymore and I have the choice between two options: 1. waiting for the program to answer 2. close Firefox I take 2. and a new message is appearing that Firefox is looking for solutions online - but nothing more happens. After closing the Firefox window, there is the window open to save the xps document. But when I enter a name and click on the save button, later on the document cannot be found anymore in the corresponding folder....
