Firefox memory usage grows up to 1Gb of RAM

I am a Global Administrator for my education's Microsoft Office 365 account.

I am writing to ask for help. Some Microsoft Office 365 users reported problems. If they login to the mailboxes with firefox, Firefox memory usage grows up to 1Gb of RAM.

hello, the first thing that should be tested is if the exorbitant memory usage is also present while firefox is running in safemode, since most of the time such issues are caused by external addons...
