I downloaded some software through CNET download.com and just hit the quick install option. I should have hit the custom install so I could check the tick boxes of what I wanted. But it installed a program called conduit that hijacks your browser to lock your search engine. After reading posts here on Mozilla, I have not found a good answer as to how it can be completely removed from my computer including all the files and registry entries it has made. Has anyone found a real solution to this problem? I can't believe download.com would allow such a malicious piece of software to be included in their downloads! I will never use them or any other download website again! Go straight to the developer site for your downloads!
