Hi, I just downloaded Thunderbird. I downloaded all my emails and organized them into folders. After restarting Thunderbird, all the folders/emails are gone. Where did they go and how do I get them back? Some of the emails are very important. Thanks

By organized folders, are you saying you made new folders in TB, either under inbox or under local folders? Do the folders show and are empty when you re-open TB or are they gone? If they do not show, go to top and click on "view". From the drop down menu, choose "folders" and the pop out menu, "all". Hopefully the will now show for you. If not and you deleted the items from your server, then I'm afraid they may be gone. You have the option to retain them for an unspecified time on your server in TB, tools/account settings/server settings and should have the same option from the online account.
