I've been using Firefox for years with no issues but lately it has been constantly crashing and so has flash player. Mozilla has offered the same solutions to this problem and it does not work to fix anything. What gives?

It constantly stops responding & crashes at least 7x a day .Impossible to work . Told me how to submit crash to the forum , got screenshot & crashed & since then unable to get another screenshot , going out of my mind ...what do we do ???

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
