How can I change the setting so that I don't see the message showing which cookies have been removed in the lower right of my screen?

I have been using Duck Duck go for my search engine for over a year, but I find that the cookies-tracking message in the lower right part of my screen is distracting. I have changed my default search engine back to Google and I am still receiving the messages. Can I keep Duck Duck go without the messages? Also please confirm steps to change the default search engine. Thanks

  1. Use the Search bar in Firefox and manage search engines
  2. You might try an add on to stop these notifications: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fire.../?src=search

Side note: Please remove the second installation of Flash if it is not needed, it may be causing some security issues on your computer.
