Do you want to clear the cache on your Android device or on a Windows/Mac/Linux version of Firefox?

Android: Please see this article: Clear your browsing history and other personal data on Firefox for Android. You can uncheck categories of data that you do not want to clear.

Other: There are a variety of methods, one of which uses the Options/Preferences page. The steps depend on your OS:

Windows: "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced Mac: "3-bar" menu button (or Firefox menu) > Preferences > Advanced Linux: "3-bar" menu button (or Edit menu) > Preferences > Advanced

On the Network mini-tab, in the "Cached Web Content" section, click the "Clear Now" button

If you have a large hard drive, this might take a few minutes.

I'm not sure that will help with your video problem, however. Could you describe what is happening with that in more detail?
