Previously I used to be able to block or allow an exact site that I wanted to without adding or installing another program, can I still do this and how?
In older versions of Firefox I cold add the list of sites I wanted to block. This list grew the more that websites started adding in a larger variety of ads that made reading the pages difficult.
There is a question similar to mind but the author of more concerned with blame and wanting his/her list restored. I don't care about this, I have my list and it has grown again, it now contains more than 3,000 ads that I want to include to block.
No, I do not want to use the recommended Adblocker because I have no idea what they are blocking, I have no idea what they may not be including that I would, and I have no idea what additional sites they may be blocking and why. They do not list anything and I think this may be considered proprietary information, I DON'T CARE, I DO NOT WANT TO USE THEM I WANT TO ADD MY OWN LIST OF WEBSITES TO BLOCK.
Now that you fully understand what I want, is there a way to do this in this new version of Firefox or should I uninstall this and reinstall the last older version of Firefore that allowed this ability to block and add sites at will?

No there is not a way to do this in Firefox without an add on for a custom list.
