I've disabled ads from individual apps but still get annoying pop up "you have a virus" and other ads. Is there a way to block these particular websites?

Firefox for Android does not come with a pop up blocker included, but you should be able to find an add-on that will help you here.

I recommend you type "pop-up" into the search box on the add-on directory page to help point you in the right direction.
