I can login into support.oracle.com web site with every other browser (Chrome, IE, Edge, Opera...) except Firefox 57.0.3 or 57.0.2 but I'm unable to navigate in the website. Clicking in most of the areas of the support.oracle.com website does not work once logged in. Some dialogs (not popups) don't show up in Firefox. I paid for support for the Mozilla organization for FY2017/FY2018, but am disappointed that FireFox won't work with a major vendor's website and am forced to use Chrome.

Please advise.

Why can't Mozilla reply to the issue rather then redirecting my issue to a non-specific web site? The issue lie with Mozilla Firefox, not any other browser.

uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 57.0.3 with a Full Version Installer
