Updated to Firefox 62.0 and now some internet links in Windows 10 Outlook emails don't load with a this operation has been canceled by restrictions on this comp

Mozilla Firefox is my browser, Windows 10 my operation system, and Microsoft Outlook 2010 does my email - I recently updated Firefox to 62.0. Now when I receive an email sometimes the links to web pages in the email will not load even though I have always been able to access these "vendors" and friends links in the past. The message I get is “This operation has been canceled due to the restriction in effect on this computer." Please contact you system administrator.” - this is a personal computer and I am the only person using it and I am the system administrator (I think).

I am not a computer person, I am a elderly person using this computer for communications and online accounting. Help please.
