It's crashing CONSTANTLY, sometimes even right after I restart it. How can I give you all/most of my crash reports from about:crashes? I'm using windows 7 Professional 64-bit, Firefox Quantum 63.0.4 (64-bit)

Done, I uninstalled and reinstalled it to the latest version of the flash player.

My graphics card is a Nvidia Gforce 670, and I downloaded the automatic driver upload here. https://www.geforce.com/drivers, hopefully that will keep it updated. I also went and manually downloaded the latest driver and installed it just in case.

Just need the plugin, then I can start the advice on the next post.

I meant the active X plugin, I've already handled the flash player. Couldn't find the plugin with the google search I put in.

You mean when I double click the downloaded package/icon, it will let me choose to install the ActiveX plugin?

I hope you're undestanding me that I have already have the latest version of the player I need the plug-in now, I don't know why you're giving me a link to the player.

Firefox, and Win IE use different versions of the player. While you may only use one of the browsers, having the other is good in case there is a problem.

Correct

It didn't give me the option to install the plugin, just installed the player again. Here's specifically step by step what I am doing.

1. I click that link 2. Select Windows 7/Vista/XP 3. For the version I select FB 32 for firefox-NPAPI

Once the icon is downloaded onto my desktop I double click it, clink run, it installs it then opens the browser to here

https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/completion/adm/?exitcode=0&type=install&re=0&appId=506&preinstalled=1

Not sure if you can click that, as you may have to install the player first. At no point does it give me the option to install the plugin.

Whatever plugin you install, it's the default browser that is opened to the ' ' installed ' ' page.

Ok, it's the active x plugin I need for firefox, right? I click tools/add on's, the click plug-in's, I don't see one that says active x and don't know where to get it.

As I said above, use this link: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/

Select your computer version. Then select what browser version you want.

For Firefox you need the NPAPI version of Flash. You can check installed plugins via the Add-ons page. "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Plugins For more detail see the about:plugins page via the location/address bar.

I've already done that, but I need to install the activeX plugin, I just can't find it anywhere.

Yes, I know the activeX plug-in doesn't show there.

Follow the instructions you were given and you will get the files you need.

I don't think you're understanding what I am telling you. Like I have said I have already uninstalled, reinstalled and updated my flash player. I don't know why you keep telling me to do something I have already done. If you could please answer why I'd appreciate it, and what it has to do with getting the plugin installed, under my add-on menu in firefox.

Following your instructions will not help me get the active X plugin, because those links have to do with the player- NOT the plugin. Now I need the Active X plugin.

See this URL? It has it for download, I just can't find it anywhere online to download it. THAT is what I need.
