Hi Shaun, is there a page to see what you mean about authorizing to the second site from inside the first site? If just getting to the page requires a login, then volunteers might not be able to see it.

Come up with a JSONM error message.

Could you copy/paste that error message? If you are looking in Firefox's Web Console for errors, are there any above that referring to cross-site requests being blocked or scripts/cookies being blocked, etc.?

You can open the Web Console in the lower part of the tab using either:

  • "3-bar" menu button > Web Developer > Web Console
  • (menu bar) Tools > Web Developer > Web Console
  • (Windows) Ctrl+Shift+k

Sometimes the list is very cluttered and you need to click the trash can upper left of the list to clear it, then reload the page in the upper part of the tab, see what comes just from that, then try the action that's failing and see what new messages are generated by that.
