That would need a bit more information to give you any realistic help. Is TB connecting to the internet? If it is, is there any error message? What, in fact, is happening when it's not receiving emails? Can you also not send emails from that account or just not receive them? Have you tried reentering your credentials? Or indeed setting TB up again? You say it's received on your phone - what kind of email service are you using and who provides it?
