Recently, If I want to send to a new email address the 'Send' button is greyed out. This happens even if I.... 1. Type the address into the 'To' field 2. Hit the 'Reply to email' button 3. Copy and insert the address into the 'To' field.

The only way I can get the greyed out button to 'Send' is to first manually insert the new address into the 'address book' and then write a message from there. This did not happen before and I have not changed any account settings. Any ideas how to remedy this?

after you type the address into the to field, do you press enter? If not try it.

Matt, Thanks for the reply. However, as of today after three days the problem seems to have disappeared! So I don't know what caused it or remedied it.
