All attempts to send emails result in error message saying - "An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: 5.7.1 611DD13907C54339 Message content rejected due to suspected spam. What does you mail provider have to say about why the error is occurring. That error being in the form 5.7.1 is coming from your mail providers SMTP server and being relayed to you by Thunderbird..
